The Bremer Rugby League Academy is excited to announce Ipswich Jets Rugby League Club as an official sponsor for the 2025 season! This partnership marks another significant step in our mission to develop young athletes both on and off the field.
A cornerstone of rugby league in Ipswich, the Ipswich Jets have a long-standing tradition of excellence and community involvement. Their commitment to mentoring and training aligns perfectly with the Academy’s vision, providing our student-athletes with valuable insights, skill development, and pathways to success in the sport.
Michael Seiler, Director of Sport at Bremer State High School, highlighted the importance of the partnership:
"Partnering with the Ipswich Jets is an exciting opportunity for our Academy. They are a proud and respected club with deep roots in the Ipswich community, and their involvement provides a fantastic pathway for our young players. We want our student-athletes to dream of one day pulling on a Jets jersey, representing their hometown at the next level of competition. This partnership strengthens that connection and helps us continue to develop talented, hardworking athletes."
In 2025, the Academy is set to make its mark in new competitions, with our Opens teams competing in the Gee Shield and our Junior teams taking on the Struddy’s Cup. With the support of the Ipswich Jets, our players will have access to elite-level coaching and guidance, ensuring they are prepared to take on these exciting challenges.
This sponsorship strengthens the Academy’s ability to provide high-quality training, resources, and development opportunities, helping our students reach their full potential as athletes and individuals.
A huge thank you to the Ipswich Jets for their support of grassroots rugby league and their investment in the future of our student-athletes. We can’t wait to see what we achieve together in 2025!
