Discover a world of possibilities with clubs and societies at Bremer State High School! Immerse yourself in a diverse range of options tailored to your interests. From academic clubs to artistic societies, our vibrant community offers something for everyone. And if you have a unique passion that's not represented yet, don't worry – we're all ears! Our doors are open to creating new clubs in collaboration with enthusiastic students. 

2026 Breakfast Clubs:

At Bremer, we have breakfast clubs available for students who might have had a rushed morning and been unable to have something to eat before leaving for school. 

We have 6 Breakfast Hubs up and running again for 2026. Each Breakfast Hub has a range of cereal, toast, cheese toasties, yogurt, fruit and spreads. Lunch can be made at this time if students need it.  

Year 7 Breakfast- W Block 8am – 8.30am each school day.

Year 8 Breakfast- D Block 8am – 8.30am each school day.

Year 9 Breakfast- P Block 8am – 8.30am each school day.

Year 10 Breakfast- X Block 8am – 8.30am each school day.

Year 11/12 Breakfast- S Block 8am – 8.30am each school day.

Year Indigenous/Cultural Breakfast- U Block 8am – 8.30am each school day.

We also have a Breakfast Club for students that would like to volunteer to help at the Breakfast Hubs. This would qualify students that are doing their Duke of Edinburgh program as well.


​Homework Clubs:

At Bremer, we have a number of Homework Clubs available for students to seek additional support with their homework across different subjects. 

Parent permission is required. 

Science & Mathematics Homework Club:

Where: H Block

When: Wednesday 3:00pm – 4:00pm

Indigenous Homework Club:

Indigenous Homework Club is run to support first nations students with their homework and assessments. Afternoon tea is provided and laptops are available.

Art Leaders Club: ​Duke of Ed Approved

This is a club for you to explore creativity, enjoy learning new skills and develop and expand creativity in your life. You do not have to be the best drawer or artist to come, just being curious qualifies you to belong to Art Leaders Club.

Chess Club: Duke of Ed Approved

The Bremer Chess Club is for students of all chess skill levels to come together and play chess, expanding their strategic thinking skill and enjoying the game with like-minded peers. Parent permission is required.

Parent permission required Christian Connect is a student led group for those wishing to grow in their Christian faith.​

Croche​t Club: Duke of Ed Approved

The Bremer Crochet Club is for all students who are interested in crochet. Beginners and experience crochet-ers welcome. Yarn and crochet hooks supplied!

Dance Troupe: Duke of Ed Approved​

The Bremer Dance Troupe is for students from all year levels, or are interested in dancing. The following items will need to be supplied by participants: Plain black T shirt, 2 pairs of plain black [full length] tights, nude brassiere, plain black and white crop top, tan jazz shoes, plain black high tops, Makeup kit, including foundation, blush, red and pink lipstick, mascara, makeup wipes, bobby pins, brush, hair ties and deodorant. Parent permission is required.

The Bremer Dungeon & Dragons is a club for those interested in playing Dungeons and Dragons. Parent permission is required. Permission forms in Library or Y Block staff room.

Gym Club: Duke of Ed Approved​

The Bremer Gym Club is for any student looking to work on their physical fitness, and is for all skill levels. Supervised by skilled and experienced staff who aim to provide support and encouragement to all students on their fitness journey. We ask students to bring a towel, water bottle and a change of clothes. Parent permission is required (S Block).

Bremer Mountain Biking: Duke of Ed Approved​​

All aspects of Mountain biking covered including skills development, bike maintenance and riding trails. Compete in the interschool Rocky Trails Skills Academy. Parent Permission required.
