We have created a learning environment that promotes excellence in academic, sporting, cultural and personal endeavours. We are a well-established large school in the heart of Ipswich and have served the community well for over 60 years. In 2011, we moved to our current site beside the USQ Ipswich Campus. Our students and staff now enjoy a superb educational facility which is truly state of the art. We are a full school uniform school and we believe that high expectations of ourselves and our students are critical for a positive learning environment.
Our dynamic and committed staff who have always placed the interests of students above all else. We have positive links with the community and believe that productive partnerships are critical for a successful school. We always strive to make Bremer SHS an inclusive, progressive and caring school and an excellent choice for your child's education.

I lead an outstanding staff who tirelessly work to inspire our students to be the next life-long learners and leaders shaping the future of our nation and the world. Our past students, parents and staff talk with passion about their school and the opportunities and support we provided.
This school has a varied and extensive curriculum which caters for the needs of all students no matter what ability or interest. We excel in a range of curriculum areas including science, performing arts, instrumental music, industrial design, technologies and physical education and many of our programs have been recognised as state wide examples of best practice.
