Complaints and Appeals
Bremer State High School is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 30054), offering a range of nationally recognised certificate courses for students.
As an RTO, we are committed to upholding high standards in vocational education and training. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have a
Complaints and Appeals Policy specific to our RTO operations.
Making a Complaint or Appeal
A complaint can be made regarding the conduct of:
- The school RTO, its trainers, assessors, or other RTO staff
- Students of the RTO
- Any third parties providing services on behalf of the school RTO (if relevant)
An appeal can be made to request a review of a decision, including assessment decisions. Bremer State High School RTO ensures that the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness are applied throughout the complaints and appeals process.
All formal complaints and appeals will be reviewed and decided on within 60 calendar days of receiving the written complaint or appeal. If additional time is required, the complainant or appellant will be notified in writing and provided with regular updates.
If the internal process does not resolve the complaint or appeal, an independent review will be made available upon request.
