Partnerships
Australian All Star Cheer Federation: Through our growing partnership with the Australian All Star Cheer Federation our student-athletes are provided with opportunities to compete on nationally and internationally recognised competition platform, offering unique benefits to our student-athletes in relation to performance quality and experience, networking, working with a range of choreographers, building teamwork and leadership capacity and more.
Participation in Bremer State High School's Varsity Competition Team will incur an additional cost per competition.

Cheerleading in the Curriculum
At Bremer State High School, cheerleading and gymnastics is integrated into the curriculum. Students in Years 7 and 8 participate in cheerleading-specific classes as part of the Health and Physical Education (HPE) Australian Curriculum. In Years 9 and 10 students can take cheerleading and gymnastics as a subject under the Sports and Recreation Australian Curriculum, combining theoretical classroom sessions with practical on-mat training.
In 2025 students in Year 11 and 12 will not be able to participate in a cheerleading and gymnastics subject however, it is encouraged that they continue their passion for cheerleading and gymnastics in the Bremer State High School Varsity Competition Cheerleading Team.
